When was the last time you asked someone who knows way more about something than you do to guide you through it? How does that feel? Good or bad?
When I'm stuck on something, I'll often ask someone else who knows more about the topic than me to give it a quick once over. The trick is to get their perspective. Why? Because everyone has a unique view on things. Everyone experiences life differently. And each person's experience influences what they see and how they interpret information.

Knowledge is powerful
People are inherently curious. They want to know why other people behave the way they do, what makes them tick, and what motivates them. This curiosity leads some individuals to seek out experts on things they care about. Experts don’t mind helping others because they enjoy sharing knowledge and learning new things themselves. If you’re interested in finding out more about someone, try asking questions like these:
* What motivated this person to become an expert?
4) Investing in your future
You don’t need to be rich to start investing. In fact, you can get started with as little as $25. The key is to save money without feeling guilty about giving it away.
Saving money can be stressful, but it also gives you the opportunity to build wealth for retirement. There are multiple ways to start saving. For example, you might consider opening a Roth IRA, contributing to a 401k plan, or even rolling over unused vacation time into a cash account. Start by taking advantage of tax breaks and contributions before making big purchases.
How much sleep should I get every day? Some say 6, some 8, and still others recommend 9 hours.
Sleep deprivation has been linked to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, depression, anxiety and even death.
Research shows that inadequate sleep leads to weight gain and obesity. Sleep also affects mood, metabolism, memory, hormone secretion and immune system function. In short, adequate sleep helps you stay healthy.
