1. De-clutter your brain

De-stressing is about removing anxiety from your life. This means focusing on your inner thoughts rather than on external pressures.

People tend to look at stress management as something that should only focus on reducing stress, or even ignoring stress altogether because they don't want their body to get stressed out. While these things certainly play a role in managing stress, you also have to take care of your mental health as well

- Provides clarity on your goals and priorities.

- Makes room for higher levels of thinking and focused action.

2. Plan out your tasks.

How much time does it take to plan out your to-do list? Does it really save you more time in the long run? Many people say yes, but no studies back them up.

Most of us are guilty of overcommitting ourselves. Whether it’s getting more projects done than we intended or letting our day-to-day responsibilities get away from us, we’re often too busy to make plans and stick to them.

There are numerous benefits of scheduling your activities ahead of time. It allows you to prioritize and focus on the things that matter most to you without being distracted by other less important tasks. This helps you accomplish more and achieve more goals at once.

Creating a well-organized environment starts with the simplest thing, like setting up a daily task schedule. Then comes arranging your office space. Finally, take time to organize your belongings in a way that makes sense.

5. Don't let your mind wander.

One of the most important things to keep in mind when you're trying to make changes in your life is that you're always living in the present moment.
You can't change the past, and you can't predict what's going to happen in the future, so all you have is right now, and that's plenty!

6. Set goals

Set SMART goals

 - Make sure the goals you set for yourself are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.

- Goals tell you the direction you are heading in and are extremely important in time management.

- Set and focus on five specific goals.
